3775 Call Center Rep
Customer Service Representatives are a vital part of the team by recruiting business leaders and community leaders who serve as participants ("jailbirds") and raise funds ("bail"). Funds raised at Lock-Up events support the essential services provided to the over 1,500 families in Colorado served by the Association, as well as worldwide research program. Every CSR plays a significant role in bringing "help and hope" to families living with neuromuscular disease.
•This is an indefinite contract assignment (each campaign you work on is 6-8 weeks long and they are looking for candidates interested in working on multiple campaigns)
•The schedule for this position is Monday thru Friday 9 am to PM which includes an hour lunch and 2- 15 minute breaks
•Within this opportunity candidates are calling managers and leaders all throughout the Denver area to set them up for a fundraising event. During this event managers would be able to network with other managers and collect money for the organization.
•Company is searching for upbeat individuals who enjoy talking to others and want to help their community.
•All candidates hired must be goal oriented, dedicated to the cause, and team oriented.
•To be successful within this position, candidates must feel comfortable making outbound calls, receiving rejection, and offering rebuttals. Although not a sales or telemarketing position, it is imperative one is comfortable using basic sales techniques.
•All records must be kept accurately for each recruited participant confirming the spelling of their first and last names, business names, mailing address, location addresses, telephone number and e-mail addresses on appropriate forms.
•This is a business casual environment.
